I Think I'm Secretly British

This past weekend when I went to see Harry Potter, I got to thinking that it's very possible I could be secretly British. Why? You ask. Well, for starters, I love these guys:


I'm also a huge fan of these bands/artists:


And let's not forget some of my favorite TV shows:

I'd be remiss if I left out some of my favorite British authors, you know, since this is a writing blog and all.

    I'm obsessed with any and everything British.

    Actors: Orlando Bloom, Rupert Grint, Henry Cavill, Robert Pattinson and Colin Firth

    Actresses: Emma Watson, Emma Thompson, Kate Winslet, Helen Mirren, Keira Knightley, and Maggie Smith

    Music: The Beatles, Coldplay, Joss Stone, Duffy, Muse, Craig David, Belle & Sebastian, Adele, David Bowie, and Radiohead

    Movies: Harry Potter (obvs), Love Actually, Four Weddings and a Funeral, Trainspotting (though I think this is more Scottish), Full Monty, Shakespeare in Love, Sense and Sensibility.

    Books: Harry Potter (again, obvs), Pride & Prejudice, Bridget Jones' Diary, I could go on but I think I already sound like a crazy person.

    Anglophile...totes.

    My list is SO similar. I could add a million things but then I'd forget something important. I will second EVERYTHING Tameka said as well.

    I'm commenting again because I forgot about Hugh Laurie, Hugh Grant, Are You Being Served, Monty Python, Brenda Blethyn, Calendar Girls, the Royals...especially Prince Harry, and of course, David Beckham.

    Yes I realize my own insanity.
