What's that you ask? How is my revising going? Put simply, it isn't. This weekend I made no progress on my revisions at all and I'm kind of upset about it. We're going on vacation next week, so today was all about running around to pick up some last minute items. Ugh - it's so frustrating!
During the week I made some decent progress. I've decided to follow Jay Eckert's method for revising because I think it will really scrub my manuscript and get it ready for queries.
Right now I am in Step 1 of Jay's process. This step is aptly named "Decrapification", so that's what I'm doing. So far I've printed my draft and made copious notes on the first 51 pages. Only 90 pages to go until I take all those notes and take my manuscript to the next level.
