Waiting on Wednesday was started by Jill at Breaking the Spine. The idea is to pick a book that hasn't been released yet that you can't wait to read.
This week, the novel The Duff has intrigued me. I have a few writer friends who went to BEA and were lucky enough to score an ARC of this. Even though I work about 15 minutes outside of NYC, I couldn't fit BEA into my busy work schedule. I don't think I really need to say this, but I was very sad about that.

What I think: What a refreshing idea for a book. Most main characters rival the good looks and popularity of Angelina Jolie. I can't wait to read a book about something an "average" girl goes through.
