So for the last two days something pretty awesome has been happening on the interwebs. A totally free writer's conference for aspiring kidlit authors called WriteonCon. There are two great things about this conference (besides that it's FREE):

  1. All of the panels are posted in blog format, and the live chats are logged. That means you can review the content at night when you get home from work if you're one of those unlucky schmucks like me with a day job.
  2. There's a forum where you can post your work and critique others.

Soooooo...if you haven't gotten over there yet, get your butt in gear and check it out! Today is the last day, but all of the content is archived if you want to catch up.
